One of the very best actors in the industry for over 2 decades, Ajay Devgn celebrates his 48th birthday today. The actor, who made his debut way back in 1991 with ‘Phool Aur Kaante’, was always considered to be one of the most gifted actors that we have in the industry.
After delivering some of the most powerful performances in the history of Indian Cinema in films like ‘The Legend Of Bhagat Singh’, ‘Zakhm’, ‘Gangaajal’, ‘Company’, ‘Khakee’ and several others, Ajay decided to have some fun and do films that have universal appeal.
The result was a string of hugely successful films like ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’, ‘Golmaal’, ‘Golmaal Returns’, ‘Son Of Sardaar’, ‘Singham’.. just to name a few. Suddenly, Ajay was enjoying the kind of popularity and fan-following that equalled some of the biggest names in the industry.
More than his stardom, Ajay’s decision to do more commercial films, spoke volumes of his versatility. Not only could he convincingly play a character like Gopal in ‘Golmaal’, but he could transform himself to play the iconic character of Sultan Mirza in ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’.
2016 was a difficult year with ‘Shivaay’ failing to meet expectations, but the actor has a very strong line up this year – with films like ‘Baadshaho’ and the biggie ‘Golmaal Again’.

Please do not pay any attention to @Sunny Jolly he can’t be a true Akshay fan a true Akshay fan know that their career has always been like twin brothers Akshay edges Ajay as indicine specified because Ajay was doing lots of Art classics also Akshay is very opened with all his fans especially on socio media unlike Ajay who started kind of late. Both have been very consistent. You look at their flops but why are they still favorites of directors. Akshay line ups are massive Ajay too has some interesting line ups. Who has been challenging the Khans since 90s? Ajay dipped form based on choice of cinema in 2000s but as he returned back to Commercial cinema Ouatim his stardom was equally huge. Still I will not call that a set back for Ajay but an experimental era which resulted either cult classics,some master piece movies and national awards. I gained more respect when Rustom trailer came out and look at the tweet he sent to Superstar Akshay. Most likes out of all tweeter users for his message to Akshay. Akshay returned back by saying it meant a lot to him for Akshay Sir to say that you know what it is again most liked tweet for Akki paaji reply to Ajay. So those calling Akkians haters of Ajay please re think we can’t hate Ajay sir. Of one or 2 fans of Akki are talking stupid ignore them. I think Ajay Sit and Aamir are underated. Of course the are one of the pillars of Bollywood their acting is second to none but media shy, avoiding awards, lack of consistent socio media interactions don’t give them the fame they deserve. No one will deny Aamir Box office status no one will deny Ajay’s Personality stocked talent but one thing is for sure no matter how fan wars victimize them ask anyone from the tip of their soul who they are you then get your answer.
