Conjoined sisters Saba and Farah, both big fans of Bollywood megastar Salman Khan, have stopped consuming food after the actor was sentenced to 5 years in prison in the 2002 hit-and-run case.
“Both Saba and Farah refused to eat their lunch after their favourite actor was found guilty and sentenced to five years’ imprisonment” Shakeel Ahmad, father of the 18-year-old conjoined twins said.

“They are disappointed and shocked over the court’s verdict” Ahmad added.
Saba and Farah, residents of Samanpura in Patna, developed a strong emotional bond with the Bollywood actor who helped them fly to Mumbai so that they could fulfil their wish to tie a rakhi on his wrist three years ago.

It’s a shame that the verdict has been declared after 13 years of this case. Case would have been different, had a normal man ran his car over a celebrity. I bet that normal man would have got a much bigger punishment than Salman!
It’s so great of Salman that after this case, Salman has changed and done a lot of things for this society. But what he has done is punishable. Charity shows your greatness, but when you’re commiting a crime, you deserves punishment. Otherwise, all the criminals should have released and been given a chance to change themselves.
I am feeling extremely sad for both Salman and the victim. Salman must have been suffering from many mental stresses from 13 years. He tried his best to change, did a lot of things for this society and now he will be punished after 13 years. On the other hand, the victims have been waiting for justice since last 13 years. Such a shame that this case took so much of time.
