Bullett Raja has opened to a poor response at the domestic box office, with occupancy of around 30% at multiplexes. The film was expected to take a better opening at single-screens, due to its genre and Sonakshi Sinha’s presence (she is popular with the masses), but there too the opening was around 20%.
The Saif Ali Khan starrer will now rely almost entirely on word-of-mouth publicity to recover its costs.
Last week’s release Gori Tere Pyaar Mein is out of most theatres and Singh Saab The Great too has very limited shows at multiplexes.
Ram Leela continues its good run in the Mumbai circuit, but business has dropped considered in other territories.
Krrish 3 is out of most multiplexes too, the film has collected around 243 crore net.

r rajkumar and bullet raja are having same genre.. Boss flopped and besharam was historical disasterof same masala genre. People are tired of masala..

Well, the movie didn’t have much buzz or any hype, and most of all, it doesn’t have any bankable star. Yes, it was expected to do well at single screens, but to pull the mass audience, a movie must have at least popular music, if it doesn’t have a ‘superstar’ in it. And I don’t think that its music clicked with the masses. So, it was inevitable.
Expect R… Rajkumar to open well in spite of failures of Shahid’s recent movies.

bullet raja most reviews are on positive side but big problem will be its opening and if wom will not good than problem will also increased, i want this movie to be successful as i liked the trailer and if it fails than its definitely a red sign for R…Rajkumar because it shows if popular actor is not able to lift up movies this yer like Ranbir-Besharam and Akshay-Boss Ajay-Himmatwala etc than there wwill be very less chance remain for R..Rajkumar success and it will also get avg opening but if reviews come good than there is a chance for Shahid to come back. Agree with indicine that Sonakshi just making her career downward by doing same kinda Masala Movies again and again, she should do different kind of movies that will be beneficial for her not same kind of movies like this.

@megha i know you are a ranbir fan you got a big shock when besharam flopped badly now you are hating all the movies.. saif ali khan is much better actor than overrated ranbir .as for dhoom 3 it will not crash dhoom 3 will be a big blockbuster.

Bullet raja is a very good movie, people should give it a try. Me and my friends enjoyed it especially the dialogues and action.
