Bhool Bhulaiyaa directed by Priyadarshan discloses to us a unique dimension of human psychology. The movie is a remake of 1993 Malayalam blockbuster, Manichitrathazhu which was also remade in Kannada (Aaptamitra) in 2004 and in Tamil and Telugu (Chandramukhi) in 2005. The hindi version of this movie titled ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ features Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Shiney Ahuja and Amisha Patel in pivotal roles with Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav in supporting roles.
