Welcome Back has recorded the 3rd highest Saturday collections in 2015, as the Day 2 collections of the film is likely to be in the range of 17 crore plus.
The excellent growth on Saturday has come mainly because it was a holiday in parts of the country for Janmashtami (birth date of Lord Krishna).
While the film has received mixed reviews from critics, the audience has come out in big numbers to watch the second ‘Welcome’ film in theatres. The presence of Akshay Kumar would have resulted in a bigger opening, but even his absence hasn’t affected ‘Welcome Back’, as the film has surprised both on Friday and Saturday.
The two-day collections of Welcome Back will be in the 31-32 crore range. The reports are positive and the advance booking for Sunday too is very good. So the film could record weekend business of nearly 50 crore, which will be excellent for the Anees Bazmee directed film.

akshay’s presence would have resulted in poor opening.. multiplex audience just reject when there is akshay.. wait for singh is bling n u will know what i mean.. n welcome series is all about anil n nana just like the dhoom series where it is about the thief..

affected ‘Welcome Back'”, it’s because ‘welcome’ was liked more bcos of Nana’s, Anil’s , Feroz’s & Paresh’s damakedaar performance and not because of flopster fakki being in the movie , on the contrary if ‘WB’ had no Nana & Anil but only fakki in the movie then also the movie’s opening & lifetime collections wouldn’t have been any bigger , if ‘brothers’ had ajay or Ranbir or varun instead of flopster fakki then the movie would have had taken a bigger opening than what it really took, so fakki’s presence doesn’t add any value to the movie he stars in , in other words he is a ‘valueless’ star.
Among the current top 5 stars in Bollywood he is the only actor to have the highest probability of his movies flopping at any given time while we can’t even think about khans & hrithik giving flops even in the worst case scenario in the present circumstances.
Slowly but surely fakki’s presence in a movie is turning out to a huge burden for the producers & exhibitors, they are rather willing to take john or abhishek in their movies instead of the IS0 9000 certified flop actor fakki.

This is nice . I am planning to watch WB today . I will not keep any expectations . I am damn sure that Anil and Nana will be brilliant in the movie . I think it will have a good Sunday . If it can do good on Weekdays then it has a outside chance of doing 100 CR . If it crashes on weekdays then it will be Average/Flop . So let’s wait for Monday .

i watched the movie last night
and believe me its a very very bad
movie.its the worst sequal of the
year.i cant believe they took 7
years for make this.here is my

Script: nothing new.totally
crap.they have juist little modified
the preveous Welcome and then
present it as a sequal of
Welcome.they just change 2/1
character.
Music: very bad.not a single song
is good .all songs bad
action: nothing new.same as we
see in south indian movies.over
the top.hero kicks a goon and he
is flying away like a machchar.
acting:only nana and anil kapoor
are remarkable.others are

paresh rawal r totaly wasted
