Bollywood star Arjun Kapoor, who will be seen in R. Balki’s upcoming film ’Ki & Ka’, has said his family were open enough to allow him to make his own career choices.
Arjun plays the character of Kabir, a house husband, who has grown up wanting to be like his mother and not like his father. His wife, Kareena Kapoor, is an ambitious career-oriented woman. Relationships like these are looked down upon in our society, but the actor says that wasn’t the case in his family.
“My family is very open and our upbringing was made in atmosphere where we were allowed to make our own choices. Our families never had any discrimination. I am very happy about it” he said.
When asked if ‘Ki & Ka’ has a message for the audience, Arjun said “We have not made this film to give any message but since people have appreciated this, we want it to reach to the audience. I don’t think one film is enough to bring any evolution”
‘Ki & Ka’ is scheduled to release in theatres on April 1.
I’m a really big fan of R.Balki, even Shamitabh was very good, but this looks like a sure shot flop. What else can you expect from a film with such a cast ??
