shivaay looks interesting here coz it will have excellent music (from the trailer and mithoon) and VFX is superb and now indians like more n more VFX movies. So multiplex audiance will be 50:50 for both and Shivaay will be lead in single screens. With same range of WOM shivaay will collect more bt Verdict will depend on Budged of both.
the teaser was very average n so was the song.. looks like a routine triangle love story to me with ranbir’s expressionless dialogue delivery.. this looks like the least impressive karan johar’s movie ever.. forget clash.. this movie will flop even if released solo
I think this will be a very complicated clash. The trailer of Shivaay has been highly impactful whereas ADHM looks like another try and tested formula of Kjo.
But, as we know ADHM will be having an upper hand at the multiplexes, especially among the youth. Songs, star cast, director, banner and marketing are the key factors of ADHM over Shivaay.
So, in terms of opening footfalls, Shivaay will most probably lead due to mass appeal and genre but ADHM might lead in terms of collections!
Oh no! Shivaay is leading the poll at this moment!! But no need to worry…. Bcz 3.7 billion plutopurians will join #indicine soon and make ADHM the clear winner.

First of all about Shivaay :- Its a high octane action movie based on father-daughter bonding and for daughter Ajay Devgn tranform into Destroyer to destroy everything.
In Shivaay Trailer such a nice class of cinematography, vfx, action scene is shown which is never seen before bollywood and many stars comapare Shivaay with Hollywood movie. It set a new benchmark in Indian Cinema and it raises the level of Bollywood.
And about ADHM:- It is a triangular love story which we saw many times in bollywood nothing special in this movie but the title track of this movie is really nice well done job by Arijeet Singh
So in my point of view Shivaay excites me more and i am 100% sure that i will watch Shivaay first day first show.
