Sussanne Roshan and Gauri Khan being dear friends is old news, but news that both of them are teaming up to get a business project on board has come as a big surprise.
Sources have confirmed that Sussanne and Gauri are all set to launch a big luxury mansion project in Goa. Named Naira, the project includes 12 villas which will have the ultimate in terms of luxury. Aimed at society’s top crust, the project is in its grooming phase.
Close sources reveal that the project has some top names in it. Andrew Martin, a renowned name in International furniture design, is rumored to be part of the project.
Charcoal Project, the interior design company owned by Sussanne, will be in charge of the interiors of the villas for this new project.
The launch party will be held in Dubai. Gauri and Sussanne are preparing to host the party at Emirates Hills, residence of socialite Rekha Tourani.
Several NRIs based in Dubai are expected to attend the event and are also eyed as prospective buyers of the villas in the project.
Reports also suggest that Gauri’s hubby, Shahrukh Khan is pleased about the project.
