Padmashri for Vishnu?

Apparently H.D.Kumaraswamy Karnataka Chief Minister has reccomended Vishnuvardhan’s name for the prestigious Padmashri award. We will have to wait and watch till the 26th of January if the chief minister’s reccomendation works or not!
