Wazir has dropped quite significantly on Monday, but the makers of the film have already declared it a ‘blockbuster’ and continued the trend popularised by Tamasha last year.
In a series of tweets, Amitabh Bachchan expressed happiness over the box office collections of the film

With all due respect to the legendary Amitabh Bachchan, it’s before the multiplex era, that films would drop after a huge opening at the box office. In recent times, only films that are not targeted at the multiplexes audience or those that are completely rejected by the audience, tend to show drops on Saturday. Otherwise, most multiplex films, the category in which Wazir falls in, tend to show good growth in business on Saturday.
Wazir has collected Rs 24 crore in 4 days at the box office.

This kind of promotion is not suited for Millennium superstar Big B.Thats the reason that I hardly care from the words and collections thrown by producers.They can come down any level for cheap and fake statistics.

Amit Sir is true loyal to his product. Though I have not yet watched the movie it should be good one considering the rave reviews that say about towering performances. Some of my freinds who watched has lot of appreciation for this unconventional thriller.coming to fate of movie this just beginning. may be like PIKU it will also reach out to where it should be. For instance if it collects another 7Cr in next 3 days 1st week net will be 32Cr appx. If another 15-16 Cr is added to it in next week then it shall be run away HIT! Besides, its collection in overseas are quite encouraging. In 3 days it has collected 10+ Cr net which could be 20 Cr life time if not more. That’s fantastic considering its genre and casts. Hence in that context it could be termed as Bluckbuster! Pls do not compare it with movie masala. It is different.
