The release of Sujoy Ghosh’s ‘Kahaani 2’ has been pushed ahead by a week to avert the clash with Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dear Zindagi’.
The sequel to the 2012 classic, will now release on December 2, a week before Aditya Chopra’s Befikre.
The decision was taken to give the film a solo release. The film stars Vidya Balan, Arjun Rampal and Jugal Hansraj.

November is going to be a month of sequels.
They should’ve gone for clash because srk is not a main lead in Dear Zindagi, he is doing an extended cameo in it.

Very good decision…I always wanted either kahaani 2 or dear Zindagi to release on 2nd December…befikre is arriving on 9th but it is not Ur event film that will take away 4000 screens and will then leave no room for the previous releases…now both these films can get 2000 plus screens when they arrive..

So Kahaani 2 has been postponed by one week to avoid clash with Dear Zindagi . So now 2 movies will release on 2nd December – K2 and Wajah Tum Ho . The Dirty Picture released on 2nd Dec 2011 and was a Blockbuster and Vidya got best actress Filmfare award and national award . Kahaani 2 is looking exciting because of Vidya, Sujoy and Sequel factor . I hope it lives up to expectations as Kahaani is one of the Best Movies of this decade . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If this movie will become Hit then Haters will say that it’s Alia’s Movie But if it’d Flop or Average then it’ll become SRK’s Movie.
But 1 thing is that It will not do 100 crores But May be it’ll Surprise.

Well i m still confused that whether SRK has a full fledged role in Dear Zindagi or just a extended comeo.. But the makers are promoting the movie as SRK in a lead role after Alia.. Anyways everything will be clear after the release of trailer… Even a 5 sec comeo of SRK sir also leads me to watch the movie in theater… waiting waiting

this has been a disastrous year for sequels with 4 of them failing & even hf3 becoming just a hit. last year every sequel not only opened well bt emerged hits to blockbusters with pkpn2 twmr collecting way beyond expectations. Let’s hope d upcoming sequels r good. rock on2 already looks like a flop thanx to a dull teaser & poo music album
Power of king khan. Even though he ran away from Sultan clash like a coward and SLB defeated him in Christmas 2015, he still has some power left.
Big stars like Vidya Balan etc. are scared of him.
Force 2 should shift to 16 December to avoid clash with Tum bin 2. Or Tum bin 2 should move to 16 December. so that all movies / sequals get solo release

Well Dear Zindagi is the movie i m looking forward to watch in November… I like the direction of Gauri in English Vinglish.. N now Dear Zindagi is also a unique & different story… Its a full classy movie only for the metro audience… Alia is also a very talented actress… N SRK’s presence will must pull crowd to the theater & gives boost to the movie in overseas… Overall Dear Zindagi is the movie Movie Of November every classy & family audience must watch in Theater…
Good for both the films…but I’m still doubtful whether Dear Zindagi is a SRK-film !

Dear Zindagi will get 3000+ screens chahe clash hota ya solo.. now with no clash it will reach 3500 easily! Kahani would hv suffered a lot in clash! For Dear Zindagi 3000+ screens were confirmed whether clash or no clash!
@SG, no chance of Dear Zindagi getting a 3000 plus screen release. It’s not that sort of a film. Should be around the 2000 range.

Force 2 is big movie of November but it has big heroine (Pun Intended) which is curse for it, Otherwise it would rock Box Office.
I will watch it on release day as SRK is in the film, no matter whether his has one scene or 10 scenes. srk…, name itself is enough to spend Rs.500/- & 3hrs from my life.
