Joining the line of biggies – Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl and Ek Tha Tiger of the Yash Raj Banner, is another movie titled Ishaqzaade produced by Aditya Chopra. The movie is a story about two people born to hate but destined to love and then follows how their turbulent journey unfolds in the often unrealistic and daunting political confines of rural India.
Written and directed by Habib Faisal the movie will launch Boney Kapoor’s son Arjun Kapoor with Priyanka Chopra’s cousin Parineeti Chopra who will also be seen in Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. The filming began yesterday and the film is slated for release in May 2012.
Habib Faizal last directed Do Dooni Chaar and was also the writer of Band Baaja Baaraat. The songs will be composed by Amit Trivedi and the lyrics will be penned by Kausar Munir.
