Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming movie is titled Besharam, which has promoted several non-Hindi readers of our website to mail us asking for the meaning of the title.
Besharam is a commonly used Hindi/Urdu word, that simply means ‘Shameless’. In hindi, Besharam is the opposite to ‘Sharam’ (shame/shy).
Directed by Abhinav Kashyap (Dabangg 1 fame), Besharam also stars Pallavi Sharda. The shooting schedule is currently in progress and the film has been locked for theatrical release on October 2nd 2013.
