Vidya Balan and Amitabh Bachchan were last seen in 2009’s critically acclaimed Paa. Now they are re-uniting on the small screen, even if it’s just for a bit.
Yesterday, Vidya Balan – who plays the role of Silk Smita in ‘The Dirty Picture – shot at Film City with Mr Bachchan for ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. Dressed in a sexy blood-red sari on the lines of what Dimple Kapadia had worn in ‘Sagar’, Vidya had a fun time getting quizzed opposite Big B on the KBC Hot Seat.
Vidya was on the show to promote ‘The Dirty Picture’, which is slated for release on the 2nd of December 2011. Big B tweeted about the same too “And the lovely and talented Vidya Balan on the hot seat as well ..!!”
The episode was a lot of fun and will be telecast on Sony Entertainment Television of November 10th. Vidya and Amitabh Bachchan will be dancing to the sensational tunes of ‘Ooh La La’, which is already a chartbuster.
