Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) the buzz word is here, there, everywhere. Saurav Kabra has chosen this subject in a satirical angle for his debut direction, a subject with which everyone can easily relate with.
EMI produced by Popcorn Motion Pictures Pvt Ltd (Suniel Shetty) has Sanjay Dutt playing the loan recovery agent, along with Urmila Matondkar as his leading lady. After ‘Daud’ and ‘Khoobsurat’, Sanjay and Urmila share the screen space after a long time.
The story of EMI lies on a simple fact - the harassement by loan recovery agents and banks when loan takers (especially middle class families) default on payments. This movie will hit the silver screen on 29 of October 2008. Don’t miss it. EMI liya hai, tho chukana padega baap.
