Veer Box office Opening
Salman Khan’s Veer has opened to a fantastic response at the box office and is currently on a record-breaking spree on single screens. Business is best in North, East and Central India and worst down South.
Single screen business is 90% on Day 1 while multiplexes have seen around 50-60% average through the day. Combined, Veer has managed to nett 7 crores on Day 1 all over India.
As the film is performing best at single screens, it would be unfair to compare Veer based on box office nett collections. Going by the distributors share, the Day 1 business of Veer is next only to Aamir Khan’s 3 Idiots and Ghajini.
Saturday too, the business is excellent at single screens and it would be very interesting to see how the film performs on its first crucial weekday. Tuesday, being a holiday (Republic day) should also boost the Week 1 collections.
If the trending is close to as good as Wanted, Veer should easily attain HIT status.

Indicine team- wats d cost of veer? it was said its d costliest epic movie in indian cinema by salman n mithun yday in dance india dance show yday.
Vijay Ghalani himself told its made at 70cr budget in some interview..

not more than 50 cr. bcoz movie much much poor compare to other disater movie like blue etc.i think 1st weeknd is much crucial for veer , but after monday collection will going down and down.

It surely was best first day for Salman Khan his earlier BB had 5crores first day… So looking at the wanted trend the film should have 7+8+8+4+7(Tues) + 6.5 (wed+thrs) = 40.5crores first week and 20Crore second week… And budget is 45Crores+5Crore promotional activity.. It will be another Super Hit by Sallu again for sure… Sallus fans will again prove that critics cannot keep them away from watching his movie and they should next time give rating appropriately next time to Sallu starrer!!!!

Hello dears i have seen the movie its not only the worrier type movie it also has a lovly love story and i think it is the best movie amongs this kind of movies,the movie will gonna be record breaking hit nd collections ,may be it will happen slow becoz of other follow up movies but it will happen

salman khan has proved himself by dis.he has shut d mouth of d critics,of his haters.Really when it comes 2 popularity no one can match him.yesterday in a single screen where i saw d film people broke d gate and enterred inside shouting veer..veer.

I doubt d Hit status bcoz of its high cost. shud settle for average.
