Ungli has picked up by around 15% on its second day at the box office. The film has collected Rs 4.15 crore on Saturday, after starting on a weak note on Friday with net box office collections of Rs 3.6 crore.
Emraan Hashmi’s last release Raja Natwarlal had collected around Rs 11.5 crore in 2 days, while Ungli has collected Rs 7.75 crore. The problem for the film is its multiplex business, which is the worst (occupancy-wise) this month.
Ungli is likely to collect around 12.5 – 13 cr in its first weekend.

etd- it was with debut director. Script during climax went wrong which ruined it.
Ghanchakkar- it was the best scripts but editing was bad.
Natwar- poor startegy.trailer b4 1 month. Poorly marketed by utv.
Ungli – probably the worst shaped emraan movie. 2 years delay, kjo ruining the movie. Cameo role.
Emraan work was applauded n praised by critics n audience in all these movies.
Don’t worry emraan . U will be back with mr.X 3d. Multiplex will praise u for tigers!

Only heartfelt emotions strike a cord with the audience. Be it OMG, Jolly LLB or Bhootnath 2. Others like Aarakshan, FALTU, Youngistaan bomb at the box office. Audience is smart enough to guess whether the message is heartfelt or manipulative!
y r everyone blaming kjo for ungli failure when film gt delayed bcz of sanjay went to jail affecteing the shooting schedule.and if ungli is nt an emmy film then raaz2,murder2,ouatim,tdp r also nt an Emmy film bcz another star in those films were in parallel leads

It is a decent one time watch film,Emraan has an extended cameo..
Mr.X 3D will see emraan with the bhatts again…Bhatts are intelligent,they can make good films with low budget,hence it has a good chance of being a blockbuster or superhit!!

in m2,r2,ouatim,tdp. He was in every scene of movie.
The other actors like nasseeruddin shah,tushar kapur had mini role and neither they r bankable stars. Nasserruddin,tushar movies collect under 1cr lifetime.
Same cannot b said of ungli,he appeared very few n far between. @arjun kapur

YJHD,Humpty were not bad but were cliched romantic films that you are watching since 20 years now..
