Yesterday, Arijit Singh’s Gerua from ‘Dilwale’ became only the 5th Indian song to cross the 100 million mark on Youtube. The others were Honey Singh’s Dheere Dheere featuring Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor.
Dhanush’s Kolaveri Di, the all-time classic Tum Hi Ho and Kaliyon Ka Chaman are the only other Hindi songs to cross the 100 mark.
This year’s most popular song ‘Kar Gayi Chull’ has received more than 65 million views and finds itself at the No 17 position.

Most of these views are fake views achieved by the simple trick – hacking a popular website like Yahoo or google etc with high traffic and linking your page to it. every time someone clicks on that site, 1 view increases on your page.
To guage real popular videos you have to notice if the reactions (likes + dislikes) ar around 0.5% to 1% of the views.
none of the videos have that
dheere dheere – 1.4 cr views shud have 7 to 14 lakh reactions it has 6 lakh so cud have been hacked later and is fairly genuine
so are kolaveri D and tum hi ho. i did not find any kaliyon ka chaman video with such high views.
gerua has 10 cr views but 4 lakh likes+ dislikes. obviously a huge number of views are fake.
subha hone na de has 8 cr views but only1 lakh reactions. obviously its the biggest scam
SO LEARN TO DIFFRENTIATE ‘GENUINE’ FROM THE ‘FAKE’
From Movies it is at number one is Tum hi ho (2013) and Gerua in only 7 months is at number TWO…so Gerua will easily be number one Bollywood song ever son bcoz difference is very small. As far as Singles are concerned. Those songs shud not be compared with a movie song. Because people who have watched movie in cinema will not specially visit u tube to watch the song again
