Salman Khan – the superstar of the masses and one of the most loved actors in the country turns 49 today. Professionally, like every other year since 2010, this year too has been good for Salman.
Jai Ho did reasonably well, even though it was riding solely on his star power. Then came Eid and with it came the year’s biggest grosser (so far), KICK. The combined tickets sold for the two films was more than 3 crore – which is the number of people he brings to theatres every year!
His personal life remained controversy-free and he also patched up with Shahrukh Khan at Arpita Khan’s wedding. Will he marry before he turns 50 is something that will be asked in 2015.
