From the makers of Aashiqui 2 comes another love story. Sidharth Malhotra, in his third film after ‘Student Of The Year’ and ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’, successfully sheds his chocolate boy image for ‘Ek Villain’, while Shraddha Kapoor looks as cute and pretty as she did in one of last year’s biggest successes ‘Aashiqui 2’.
The teaser is long at around 1 min 50 seconds and gives the audience a good insight into what ‘Ek Villain’ is all about. It starts off as a simple love story, much like Aashiqui 2, and later breaks into what looks like a crime thriller.
Apart from Sidharth and Shraddha, we also have the brilliant Riteish Deshmukh who makes an appearance towards the end of the teaser.
Ek Villain releases in theatres on 27th June 2014.

Sidharth looks impressive in the last half of the trailer, but Shraddha looks like she just walked in the film from Aashiqui 2.
The best thing about the trailer was Ritesh at the end, really surprising and made me curious about the film.

talented actors and well known models like randeep hooda and sonu sood are playing chracter roles and villain chracters opposite big stars like akki,salman and now srk this failed model(siddarth malhotra) and worst possible actor(seen last films of him) doing lead roles?? we need change this culture in bollywood @chupbaysalla ur ryt talented actor dhanush and national award winner is not getting real bad bollywood who is behind this guy is atmost powerful and rich

I’m sure it will be a remake of korean film as it’s a mohit suris film nd he is master of remaking such film…anyway teaser is good it may turn out to be a surprise hit as it doesn’t have akki the king of flop…..
Amazing trailer, second half of teaser is attractive and intriguing, first time Sid is looking impressive to me. Hope film will be a good watch.Ritesh role should be watch out for as he surely have something special to do in the movie. Shaddha is passable.
