The hype around ‘Hate Story 3’ has ensured that Milap Zaveri’s ‘Mastizaade’ starring Sunny Leone in the lead, has been postponed by a month. The theatrical trailer of ‘Hate Story 3’ has received a overwhelmingly positive response from its target audience and the film is ‘hot’ in the trade too.
Both ‘Mastizaade’ and ‘Hate Story 3’ were previously scheduled to release on December 4, but the adult comedy has now made way for the adult thriller by opting to release in January 2016.
Sources say, it was Bhushan Kumar, the head honcho of T-Series, who requested Pritish Nandy to postpone his film to a later date. Since the two share a good relationship and mutually agreed that it didn’t make business sense to clash two adult-targeted films on the same day, better sense prevailed and the clash has been averted for good.
Starring Zarine Khan, Karan Singh Grover, Sharman Joshi and Daisy Shah, Hate Story 3 will now get a solo release on December 4. The theatrical trailer of the film is the second most watched Hindi trailer on Youtube, with more than 20 million views.
