Shahrukh Katrina Abhishek
While the news is yet to be officially confirmed, industry insiders say, the lead cast of Farah Khan’s Happy New Year has been finalised.
The film will mark the return of the Jab Tak Hai Jaan on-screen pair of Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. Abhishek Bachchan has been signed to play an important role.
Happy New Year will be Katrina’s second film with Farah (after Tees Maar Khan) and her third with SRK (after Main Hoon Na and Om Shanti Om).
In the last few months, Anushka Sharma and Priyanka Chopra were rumoured to be a part of the film, but it is Katrina Kaif who has signed yet another film with an A-List superstar.
Happy New Year is expected to go on floors in April 2013, which is quite unexpected as Shahrukh usually avoids film shoots during the IPL season.

@Raj,everyone knows that ek tha tiger and dabaang 2 are the worst movies of 2012.and dabba 2 was a huge disaster for its distributors.salman,in the long decarde of 25 years filmy career,from maine pyar kiya to dabba 2 were all disasters and craps. He has 49 flops in his career.even shreyas talpade’s success ratio is higher than salman. Ghanta bhai sucks!

@imam , totally wrong . Salman is on top position in bollywood hence , 1st dream for any actress to work with salman in a movie . On other hand newcomers like Ayushman , Ranbir , John rejected the praposal to work with srk in movie . E.g priyanka chopra is famous for srks cat in past tries to make dog of salman. Katrina kaif also get disturbed by the bad effect of work with srk in jthj. Hence , dude wake up from dream. About Mental movie, many actresses are in line makes difficult for salman to choose one from them as perfect for movie. Keep dreaming no propblem par ‘tumhare king ki doobati naiyya bhi bachale bhai’.

The sad truth is that everyone can see you two for what you are and which is that you two like holding hands in theatres whilst watching JTHJ together before crying out loudly because buddha srk had aged some 30 years during his 10 yr memory lapse. I bet it shook your world as you didnt see that coming or the fact that Ghanta Award Winner this year was Bhai and not buddha SRK. ETT rocked the boxoffice by collecting a whopping 190 cr plus in India alone but your JTHJ ran out of jaan at the ticket windows due to not enough suicidal people wanting to go in and watch the 3 hour+ torturous movie.
FYI RAW agents have a new technique to extract info out of terror suspects which is said to be highly innovative aswell as very effective. Reports say that over half the detained terror suspects breakdown in interrogation rooms when forced to watch JTHJ so start revealing their secret plot and the other half simply lose the will to live thus become clinically depressed.
