Ever since a video clip by a regional news channel – which claimed that Ajay Devgn has decided to postpone Son Of Sardar to a later date – was posted in the comments section on our website, several readers have been asking us if the news is indeed true.
Well, we decided to contact the makers and they reconfirmed that Son of Sardar has NOT been postponed or preponed.
The film will release in time for Diwali on 13th November, along with Shahrukh Khan’s next directed by Yash Chopra.

@rohit, of course not, srk is not afraid of any one and he confirmed that he won’t even change his date no matter what. Ra.one was not flop but it was clean hit, go and refer too BOI.
some people are commenting like they alreay watched the trailor of srk next.dont jump the gun and decide yourself that its a crap movie.no one can predict what public likes or dislikes.
Tezz was super duper flop even though it was a action movie.
Even the super stars like Anil kapoor, Zaid, boman and a malyalam superstar etc were there still it was a flop.
Even in Bol Bachan there were superstars like Abhishek etc but it only managed to give hit. And there no difference between Bol Bachan and SOS, both are of same genre. SOS reminds the Jodi of rascals and u know that rascals did even worse business than tezz.
The thing is even with multistarrer movies Ajay is not able to give a super hit or blockbuster then how can u guys expect SOS to be a blockbuster?
Every one knows the blockbuster Jodi srk-yash raj. Srk-yash raj combo never became flop. And yash raj’s last movie veer-Zara was a blockbuster.

@aamir, Bol Bachan did not have any clash with other movies and it’s a multistarrer movie.
Even when this is a multistarrer movie Ajay is not able to give a super hit or blockbuster. Well it’s only a hit that’s it.
But SOS is facing a clash against srk-yrf’s next. I am 1000% sure it will be above or below average but it’s a way to difficult to get a hit status.
Bol Bachan did not face any clash and it only managed a hit status. Now SOS is facing a clash so it’s hard for SOS to get hit status
