Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan and his wife Gauri welcomed their third child, a baby boy, through surrogacy on May 27 2013.
A leading daily reports that BMC officials had received a birth report with details that a baby boy was born to the couple at Masrani Hospital for Women in Andheri.
The pair’s new son was taken from Masrani to Nanavati Hospital, Juhu, and then to Breach Candy Hospital.
According to a BMC executive health officer Dr Arun Bamne, the child was born at 34 weeks of pregnancy and weighed 1.5kg at birth.
Dr. Bamne asserted that they have received a birth report, which has to be mandatorily filed by nursing homes and hospitals to register every birth in the city, from Masrani Nursing Home.
It is also been speculated that BMC has issued a birth certificate to the parents on the basis of the birth report.
While SRK has maintained a dignified silence over the whole surrogacy controversy, the actor is like to release an official statement soon.

@DSF : Yes, thats right !!! srk is biological father but not Gauri. Some other woman carried srk child and gave birth.

@DSF surrogate mother is the one who carries the baby of other in her womb, normally this method is adopted when mother is incapable of carrying a baby.

@dsf surrogacy happens in the way that when biological mother(in this case gauri khan) is not physically able to carry child due to body adaptablity the zygote from biological mother is taken and is placed into other woman’s uterus to carry and grow baby for nine months.

srk i biological father,gauri is biological mother and the woman helped to grow baby within her
@Hrithik. Bro. I strongly condemn the inclusion of personal issues in these fan wars. May be, our choices may be different, so we have full rights to criticize particular movies and acting of particular actors. But when it comes to their personal space, we should stay away from it. Because they have full rights to enjoy their own space and what makes them an easy target is, that they are famous. Each year a lots of same cases are observed, but no one pays his attention towards those cases. So, whether it is an SRK fan or any other actor fan (Viz Salman, Aamir, Akshay, Hrithik, Ajay etc), it’s shameful that some people use personal issues of them to win the debates.
When it comes to baby’s/ young kids then all bets are off..!
