Sanjay Leele Bhansali the director behind some exquisite classics like Black, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Guzaarish has not been missing from action from quite sometime now. Reportedly Sanjay has been very busy as a producer for upcoming movies like My Friend Pinto which will be out this Friday (Octber 14) and Shirin Farhad Ki Nikal Padi which is scheduled for release in December 2011 or early next year.
His biggest release as producer will be Rowdy Rathore starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha. The movie will be directed by Prabhu Deva of ‘Wanted’ fame.
With only six films to his credit as a director, Sanjay admits that he is longing to get behind the camera and direct a movie. We also hear that he will soon start working on his undisclosed new project, which is expected to go on floors mid-way through 2012.
