Actress Sameera Reddy married Akshai Varde at a private ceremony on Tuesday 21st January 2014. The couple, who got engaged in December at Sameera’s house, got married at the same place in a traditional Maharashtrian wedding ceremony.
The mehandi, sangeeth ceremonies and cocktail party took place on Monday night and the couple tied the knot a day later.
Sameera wore Neeta Lulla bridal ensemble for the sangeeth and wedding. She wore light jewellery and makeup. She is expected to wear Nishka Lulla outfit for the reception on Wednesday.
The preparation for the wedding ceremony was done by Sameera’s sister and actress Sushama Redyy.
The couple had met during a bike shoot and started dating soon after.
