With just a week left for the release of the most awaited ‘Ek Tha tiger’, the promotional tour is in full swing but Salman Khan has decided not to promote the film in smaller towns to ensure safety of woman and children.
“It’s not about crowd control. There are women and kids and in their excitement, the men try to take advantage of the fact that there are women in the crowd. Then there are kids and senior citizens who are pushed around. God forbid, if something happens, it comes on to us,” said Salman Khan.
“If someone gets injured, that’s ok but god forbid if someone dies in these mishaps, then the responsibility falls on us. Then if our security guard pushes someone to protect us, then that also becomes a big issue. So it’s better to stay away from all this,” he added.
Salman Khan who is enjoying the best phase of his career, gives all the credit to the people working behind the scenes.
“I have just been lucky. There are people who have worked very hard on their own craft that has made me reach this phase of my life. There are films that have already been made and have done OK and have been great for me, lots of people have worked hard on them,” said the 46 year old
Directed by Kabir Khan, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ also features Katrina Kaif. It is slated for theatrical screen release on August 15.

Even if ett crosses 500cr that doesn’t make salman king. Because there’s only one reigning king and always will be. If salman is anything then prince, son of SRK because he is carrying his legacy of box office success further.

see the problem is there are couple guys who hate salman so much that when they dont find anything to say than they talk about oh he is criminal and killed people with car accident. even srk went to sanju’s part and beat shrish from behind, what a coward. fact is salman is the most popular actor in india and its not him or his fans saying but a boxoffice speaking for him.
