The much-awaited Bajrangi Bhaijaan, starring Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead, is nearly 70 percent complete. The cast and crew of the film will now move to the picturesque valleys of Kashmir in April and May for the last schedule, after which the shoot of the Eid release will be complete.
Since Salman commands a huge fan-following in Kashmir, security measures are being made to manage the crowd that is expected to gather in huge numbers to catch a glimpse of the superstar.
DNA India reports director Kabir Khan as saying “Seventy per cent of the shooting for Bajrangi Bhaijaan is done. Now we have one long schedule in Kashmir in the months of April and May. Security arrangements for Salman is being taken care of. Yes, the security bandobast would be elaborate.”
Bajrangi Bhaijaan releases in theatres on July 17 2015. The film also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Now the makers say it will release on EID 2016.
In 2016 march, we would be reading an article on indicine that “This year’s eid release SULTAN will be completed by May” and rumours would be spread that RAEES will release on eid 2017

Kabir Khan is a fantastic director.. but when he works with Salman, his movies become routine masala entertainers.. Ek Tha Tiger was a stylishly shot film, but had too many silly scenes.. hope Bajrangi Bhaijaan is a better film!

This is the first time Salman is shooting for a movie in Kashmir . Aamir had gone to Kashmir for Sarfarosh, Shahrukh had gone for Jab Tak Hai Jaan and now Salman is going to Kashmir for Bajrangi Bhaijaan . I have heard that this movie is a Love Story between a Muslim Guy and a Hindu Brahmin Girl . It will be fun to see Nawaz with Salman once again after Kick . I want to see a good film of Salman . It has been a long time since i have seen a good movie of Salman . I hope this movie will break the jinx of disappointing films .
