  • Jai Ho had a slow start at the box office due to low promotions.
But the 17 crore first day is ONLY due to Salman’s presence.
No holiday release. No top heroine. No great/popular director. No great songs. No tributes.
    Salman and just Salman!
No other actor can give 17 crore with such a film release.

  • Jai Ho’s first weekend will be higher than lifetime of Akki’s last 3-4 releases. Lol
That too with non holiday haha

  • @true fan, enough excuses we had. So your saying that all those opening records he made with those films are because of those factors you mentioned and not his stardom. If you say so, I’m right behind u!

  • My Experience:
Since it is an official remake of Telugu Film “Stalin,” you all know about the story of the film more or less. So, I will talk my experience after watching the movie twice on Friday.
A thoroughly entertaining movie!!! Typical Salman Khan Ishtyle. But it has ingredients for both mass and class.
High on emotions! Action scenes are more realistic than those in Bodyguard and Dabangg 2. The motorcycle scene of Jai chasing down the villains is really enjoyable Comic scenes were very good. Daisy is OK. Sana Khan should have been given more screen space. She did her best within given space.
Salman Khan, Tabu, Genelia D’Souza and the Child Artist rocked. Salman Khan lived up to our expectation from him of being a social crusader in the film. I would say, performance wise, it was the third best performance after Tere Naam and Dabangg!! Having said about my experience about the movie, I’d like to say there are always some people who try to pull down every Salman’s effort no matter how good her performs. Therefore, ignore them. If your heart says you want to watch it, then listen to it. No one else.
Through my experience, I recommend you to watch!!!!
    My Rating: 4.5/5

  • Its time to pick real ‘talents’, Salman. Stop picking lookalikes like Sneha, Zarine and their combination Daisy.

  • @true fan, according 2 ur assumption, dabbang would not have blockbuster tag in its credit,as it was also a film where there were not well knwn director, top heroine and big banner also.true fact is that the taste of masala film amongst audiences is going to an end

  • @sss yes u r only aware of Komban village festival where everybody celebrates by dancing in their Lungis but there r many more such festivals in India and talking of ‘Jai ho’ it can’t be a big flop and will get atleast a hit verdict like Srk’s 4 last movies before CE.lol

  • Salman Khan is the best actor after amitabh bachan … He is a action man .. Jai ho is one of he s best movie ever:) he is really actor …never jalous always help Every body ..
