Aamir Khan, present at an event to launch the music of Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster, was all praise for Salman Khan and his film Bodyguard. Here is what Aamir, who currently holds the record for the highest grossing film ever, had to say at the press conference.
“According to me, Salman (Khan) is ahead of me. In the manner in which his film Bodyguard has got an opening, it has broken all records and today according to me, if there is anyone who is the number one box office star, then that is Salman. He has proved with this film that he is ahead of all of us. I am very happy that his film is doing well. All my good wishes are with him.”
“Few days back I had a chat with him on phone because he is in America. I’m glad that his health is also better now. Infact I was the one who gave him the good news of the massive opening collections of Bodyguard. I had texted his sister Alvira and I had told her that when Salman comes out of his surgery then show him my text first. I wanted to be the first one to give him this great news. ”
When asked by few of the reporters, on whether he would work with Salman in the future, the actor said “I would love to work with him. We have a great tuning so if we work together, it will be great fun. But till the time we don’t get a good script, a script that excites both of us, we can’t work together”

Salman Khan to Make Sher Khan in 3D
Salman Khan’s clogged schedule this year has proved to be a blessing in disguise for Sohail Khan’s Sher Khan. Sohail says he now has time to study about the 3D technique closely so as to make Sher Khan into what Salman wants it to be… the best 3D Film that India has ever produced.
As per information available with Businessofcinema.com, Salman wants the 3D effects in Sher Khan to be “world-class.” He has therefore asked his brother to get suitably informed and educated in the technique. Sohail will now be heading to the US to get a hang of the technique.
Speaking to Businessofcinema.com, Sohail says, “As we’ve now decided to make Sher Khan in proper 3D, I need to educate myself about the technique. So we’ve postponed the film to January-February 2012.”
Sohail says he is comfortable with Salman shooting for Ek Tha Tiger before Sher Khan. “I need the time so now they can comfortably finish before

Personally I think amir is way ahead of everyone. He has that brand value and the trust from not just fans but every movie lover that his films are good. Irrespective of it’s genre. Put salman in a film like rang de basnti and it would have been a huge flop. But put amir in a masala like ghajini and it’ll be the biggest blockbuster of all time. We all know that if ghajini released today it would do 200 crores.
