The keenly awaited trailer of Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha’s Rowdy Rathore will release with Agneepath on January 26th 2012.
The film, produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ronnie Screwvala (UTV Motion Pictures), marks Akshay Kumar’s return to action films.
Based on Telugu film Vikramarkudu, Rowdy Rathore is directed by Prabhu Deva, the director of the 2009 super-hit ‘Wanted’. It’s scheduled for theatrical release on 15th June 2012, two weeks after Aamir Khan’s Talaash.
The music, which is expected to release in March, has been composed by Sajid-Wajid.

ROWDY RATHORE – is surely going to be hit because Akshay coming back to action and there’s already buzz around it. This movie needs no promotion besides the trailers and songs. Deva’s last project was super hit “wanted” and it’s remake of a blockbuster tamil movie. What do u think?
KHILLADI 786 – is the release for Akshay and it’s clashing with SRK’s movie. IF HOUSEFULL 2 AND ROWDY RATHORE IS CROSSES 100 CORES, THEN THIS ONE IS MOST LIKELY TO HAVE A GOOD OPENING. The SUCCESS depends on the content of the movie. Despite SRK’s last ouple of movies were only hit and wasn’t apprecciated much, Akshay returns to Khilladi avatar.
JOKER – This one depends on its content and its trailers, also promotions. However, Shirish is pretty confident about this one and will have one extended day because it’s releasing on thursday. Also, Shirish’s last movie was appreciated by 95% of the viwers but didnt do too well beccuase released with Don.
OUTIM 2- This one is surely hit! Ekta Kapoor, I guess that’s enough.
CONCLUSION – SO HOUSEFULL 2, ROWDY RATHORE, & OUTIM 2 IS SURELY GOING BLOW THE BOX OFFICE APART; ARE GOING TO BE SUPERHITS. KHILLADI 786 IS MOST LIKELY TO BE A AVERAGE GROSSER BUT IF THE CONTENT IS GOOD THEN CAN BE A HIT. JOKE CAN BE HIT IF THE CONTENT IS GOOD, MAY MOVE ON TO BE THE BIGGEST HIT OF THE YEAR. U NEVER KNOW?

*khildi 786-punjabi made: is very difficult to become hit coz he clashes srk only release in 2012 + katrina +anushka + yash chopra returning directorial seat after 8 years + a.r.rahman +gulzar + it is also YRF movie + diwali , and also it clashes ajay devgn’s SOS releasing in diwali , besides that ajay and SRK perfomances in singham and DON2 respectively were appreciated so much.

i know and you are right SOS is co-producing ajay and akshay .
First the producers dicide to release SOS the same day with RACE2 in 30th november but now they are planing to release in DIWALI .
So the two movies will clash until one of them is postponed .
