Rowdy Rathore Dialogues

It’s a trend that Rajnikanth started in Tamil films, which eventually gained popularity in Bollywood with Salman Khan films like Wanted, Dabangg and Bodyguard.

With Rowdy Rathore, Akshay Kumar continues the craze for remaking South Indian films, with several dialogues or punch lines that are likely to be a big hit with the masses.

Below are some Rowdy Rathore dialogues, which were a part of the trailer that released yesterday

  • Apun Ka Fatka Char Sau Challis Ka Jhatka
  • Jo Main Bolta Hoon, Woh Main Karta Hoon, Jo Main Nahi Bolta, Woh Main Definitely Karta Hoon!!
  • Rathore…. Vikram Rathore! Naam sunthehi ******* Mein Bhukam Aagaya Na?

Some of our Tamilian readers have been complaining that the second dialogue has been flicked from Rajnikanth’s 1992 film Annamali, which goes like “Naan solrathaiyum seiven, sollathathiyum seven (I will do what I say, I will also do what I don’t say)”

Others are of the opinion that Rowdy Rathore looks too similar to Salman Khan’s Dabangg, especially Sonakshi Sinha’s character and styling. The dialogues too are similar to some of the recent Salman films like “Ek baar jho maine commitment kar di, Uske baad main khud ki bhi nahi sunta” from Wanted also directed by Prabhu Deva.

What do you think of the Rowdy Rathore dialogues? How long will such films continue to work, especially at urban multiplexes were a huge chunk of the revenue comes from? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.
