Ravi Chopra Hospitalised, in critical condition
Yash Chopra’s nephew Ravi Chopra, who directed the 2003 hit Baghban, has been admitted to the Breach Candy hospital with a severe lung ailment.
The producer-director has been diagnosed with a severe lung ailment and is currently in ICU. Sources say, his condition is delicate and his lungs have almost collapsed. He is unable to walk and can only communicate through sign language.
“Yes, Ravi Chopra is here and is in the Intensive Care Unit.” a hospital source at Breach Candy Hospital confirms.
Ravi Chopra has directed films like The Burning Train (1980), Aaj Ki Awaz (1984), Baghban (2003 – Amitabh Bachchan) and Baabul (2006 – Salman Khan).
He also directed the highly successful television serial Mahabharat in 1988.

Ravi Chopra has absolutely no link with JTHJ or YRF or SRK (except for his Bhootnath cameo).
