Rajkumar Hirani of Munnabhai M.B.B.S and Lage Raho Munnabhai fame is one of the most promising director in Bollywood. But inspite of his excellence as a director he has not been signed by any major production house. The reason behind this was always a mystery. Recently sources revealed that Hirani had signed a bond with Vidhu Vinod Chopra before his directorial debut and as per the contract any other producers will have to deal with VVC first and then upon clearance proceed with the deal to Hirani.
More details about the contract could not be discussed and Hirani’s freedom from the bond is also unknown.
