I would say the Judicial system in india is the Idiot in this whole scene.1. It has done noithng to the culprit to learn from the mistakes. In this case, there are 1000s of experts available in india who can teach the importance of the wild life conservation to any kid!! I doubt even the judge has any idea on how important it is to save that deer.2. It has not used its brain on how to fix the original damage through the culprit!! If at all they have a fine which is inline with the culprit’s monthly income, it would have helped a lot to the original cause..almost all of the wild life sanctuaries in india are running out of money..in KA, most of the sanctuaries are sacking people from this month!! 3. I dont know why would it take these many years for a simple case like this even with eyewitness..if you goof up in this small case itself, i am sure you are absolutely useless in most of the high profile complicated cases..beter go back to british from whom you borrowed it and ask them to finetune you!!
