Are yaar dont comment the movies as if you can make the better movies.Honestly speaking its a reasonable movie and can be watched.Few scenes are too good.Some funny fellows ae making fun of RGV.Your people dont even have the basic rights to comment RGV.Even Big B is ready to make movies with him continuously,i hope u can understand hus talent.

Movie is waste. Worst movie, big money waste movie. I’m still wondering why this guy Ram Gopal Varma is offering a 5 lakhs,for this big rusted rod movie. Onething i can say that is RAKSHA is 10% some what better than PHOONK. In Ramgopalvarma movies nothing will be scared to see except the Background sound.

I can’t wait to see this RGV Movies because since few years are making such stupid movies, nothing scary but make u laugh e.g. MARRI CHETTU, DARNA ZAROORI HAI.

SO, A BIG REQUEST FOR THE AUDIENCE THAT DONT WASTE THE TIME BY WATCHING RGV MOVIES……

Guys, I watch this movie yesterday, I’m still wondering why this guy Ramu is offering a 5 lakh rs. I think it’s a cheap filim promotion technique.

Let me start right from the trailers of PHOONK as they give us the first impression on the movie and everybody believes “first impression is the best impression”. But on the contrary, if the trailers are overly alluring the audience will expect more out of the movie. Which exactly is the outcome of Phoonk. Firstly its Ramu movie added to the spice “a horror movie” this is exactly what is needed for over excitement which vaporizes immediately after watching the movie.

Pros (Can’t put much under this):

This movie can be categorized into more thriller movie rather than a horror one. For those who is really pissed of watching “highly” multi star studded bollywood movies its good to watch this with ordinary caste. Performance can be defaulted from Very Good to Exceptional in Ramu movies. Exceptional Background music And I also agree with one of the comments “good camera angles”. All these are always common in Ramu movies.

Cons:

“Some television programs on black magic inspired Ramu to shoot this film” – comments I read from some article. I don’t really agree on this. This movie is a copy cat movie of Telugu Movie “Kashmora” a famous novel by Yandamuri Veerendranath. This movie was released approx 10 – 15 yrs back. This was gem of a horror movie. The director wanted to leave the audience in ambiguous state by leaving the choice to themselves and stating 3 different reasons for ending the mess – Medical Advance, Black Magic or by God’s Grace. This was awesomely moduled in the late 1990 movie but Ramu couldn’t ever par that even with his latest technology resources. Some scenes are so amateurishly portrayed as if you are watching a comedy movie.

Finally a very average copy movie from Ramu which cant be rated more than 3 out of 5. Guys go for the 5 lac thing blindly. You will get it easily.

If you are a hardcore Ramu fan or a thriller movie freak, you can watch this once or else avoidable.

P.S: I’m a very good fan of Ramu. And I’m loosing my bet on his horror movies. First 25 mins of “Darna Jaroori Hei” was TERRIFIC n Mind Blowing. Need some thing like that Ramu.

I saw the movie yesterday, it’s not bad, similar to (Bhoot) but this time is about a little girl, similar to a hollywood movie ( The Exorcist) but not a scary one.
The Exorcist was the most scary movie which I saw in my life, which was made in 70′’s and (The Omen) too, at least this movie is better than some stupid hollywood horror movies which I saw for the past 2 years.

I saw the movie yesterday but the movie does not seems any thing different then the regular HORROW SHOW that you watch on START ONE (shhh phir koi hai..) or AHAHET ON SONY.

i Guess paying and watching this movie would be something foolish thing, as you can watch more good or smiliar stories and show on tv, now adays. than why to pay and waste money and time (whole day), Instead you cna watch on TV.

Another thing is that this movie is not any thing scary…..I Hope Ram Gopal Verma Might have Not seen the HORROW SHOW ON TV they are more scary then this movie..

Fully stupid movie.

Was Rs. 5 lakhs a scam for promoting this hilarious(not a horror) movie Phoonk? After its release there is no news who is the lucky winner of 5 lakhs.
Only fools n coward audiences will be scared for this kind of nonsense junk. Really Ramu lost his talent of making good movies, n now immadiately should retire.
No doubt its a low budget, which makes it a chance to become hit. Otherwise where is SIK n where is Phoonk…lots of differences.
Nothing scary at all but actors’ performances must be appreciated.

Animesh: Thanks, and I’m the one who said that I laughed while watching (The Mist), such a stupid movie, and hollywood aren’t making any better movies than the one RGV did. Hollywood did good horror only during 70’s and 80’s and “The Grudge” “The Ring” & Final Destination, these 3 movies r the best which we saw in the past few years. And FYI, The Grudge & The Ring were copied from japanese movies. They’re not original hollywood movies as well as (The Eye). The Eye2, the Japanese version, is a good movie.

The only horror movie which I saw recently and was good is “The Orphanage” a foreign language movie. That was a nice one if u didn’t see it, watch it.

RGV’s Bhoot wasn’t bad although was copied from The Exorcist and the one which I loved 4 RGV was (Darna Mana Hai) a thriller one.

Such a LAME direction and slow moving story that I almost slept in between. Can you believe it horror movie can make you sleep!!!… But yes RGV can do that for sure…

Somebody mentioned that “The Mist” made them laugh… please go and watch this you will roll on the floor laughing for sure…

In fact RGV should have kept the prize money for those who get scared of this movie… LOL…
