Actress Parineeti Chopra, who has been missing from action after the release of ‘Kill Dil’, will finally make a comeback to the silver screen with yet another Yash Raj Films’ project titled ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’. The film, directed by debutant Akshay Roy, will also feature Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead.
Parineeti will be playing the title role of Bindu, in the film that will be produced by ‘Fan’ director Maneesh Sharma. ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’ will also mark the singing debut of the actress.
YRF released a short video with Parineeti herself announcing the film. It’s a strategy that they have adopted starting with the cast announcement of ‘Befikre’.
The short clip features her crooning a slow tempo track ‘Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahin’, which will be included in the movie.
“This is a song from my new film… After a gap of a year, I am announcing my next movie. It is a Yash Raj project, which will be produced by Maneesh Sharma and directed by debutant Akshay Roy. It will also feature my ‘singer buddy’ Ayushmann Khuranna” Parineeti said.
Ayushmann tweeted “So excited for my new YRF announcement Meri Pyaari Bindu with lovely and talented Parineeti Chopra! Woot.”

Pari just doesn’t carry her well … You can be a good actress but industry is cruel … I knew vidyas run at max will last 3 years… It was media who hyped compared her to Deepika Katrina and Kareena at that point by putting her in top 5

World will change as likes of irfan do solo but it took time … For actress the industry is not ready yet… A heroine starrer film will work if they take Kangana Deepika with some good scripts but with Pari she can act her ass off, won’t gross even 40

Sonakshi is a classic case wherein she will look older with every young actor like Varun Ranbir Ranveer sid.. Likes of tiger will look her kid
She just used to get Akshay Salman Ajay starrers and they have moved on .., where does that again leave her ? Nowhere and her pairing with Hrithik can’t work due to urban looks of Hrithik
