  • Losing interest… Might turn out to be the first Post IPL release since Ready(2011) to fall short of 100 cr. Might be an 85 cr grosser. Would be surprised if it even beats Rajneeti (90 cr in 2010).

  • This is what bollywood comes up with in the midst of an eye opener called Bahubali. Shameless 100 years old grow up OR die old. Baahubali might some cartoonish actions or mediocre vfx but the intent to deliver excellence was clear for all to see.

  • Downloaded it already on via mp3!! Typical Ultra modern westernized song with Hindi dominated words…. This song will move!!!

  • @Micheal bee Coleaone,

    No disrespect to your comment nor no doubt’s about Bahubaali 2 excellent creativity and mammoth collection but calling Bollywood shameful? Must every Bollywood use Bahubaali 2 as a case study? Nope. Bahubali is a totally different genre kind of movie in which the VFX from the 1st part actually was the main winner but the storyline/content is not really a case study rather its more of an “epic traditional war oriented script”. The storu content of Bajirao Mastani ,Jhoda Akhbar was more genuine but in comparision to Bahubali in terms of VFX then yes i agree Bollywood needs to raise the bar higher. Movie industries always needs dynamism and varieties….if not movies like MNIK ,BB,3idiots, BM Twm2,Airlift MBBS andlots of others highly appreciated movies will be discouraged from being made just because of BTConclusion??
    Bahubali is in a class of its own so as the others ….not every producers have above 300 crs to be making movies.

  • @aisha agree with u but dont get me wrong my problem with bollywood is it lost the connect with core audience that family side of bollywood with films like MPK DDLG RAJA HINDOESTANEN ETEL now all they make is hollywood style rom com for high end audience depriving people of real hindi movies. Now a days there are even shortage of quality songs they are now remaking old classic songs which is irritating and also sign of laziness. Where is the Sooraj Bhajatya Aditya chopra and karan Johar of the 90s. The reason i watch hindi films is to have a different taste in comparism to hollywood but now all they are trying to do is make hollywood films with hindi speaking actors . That’s my probleem with bwood. I still applaud films like TZP, PK,BB,DANGAL and AIRLIFT BUT one should never rest on his laurels. Try to beter yourself

  • @aisha
    Agree wid u. In fact, Bollywood has been way ahead of Telugu, Tamil and other regional films in terms of content. 90% of south movies are the same Prabhu Deva masala no-brainers with no story. There are once in a blue moon films like Drishyam and Premam but they are very few in number.

    @michele bee colleone
    Does south make films like Bajirao Mastani, Munna Bhai, 3 Idiots, Airlift, Neerja, Dangal, OUATIM, Baby, Special 26, Krrish 3????? Every director and actor wants to do the same masala no-brainer with routine plot. Whereas Bollywood has many visionary directors like Raju Hirani, Kabir Khan, Neeraj Pandey, SLB and actors willing to experimenting with unique scripts.

  • Agree with aisha and veer. Aisha you did not call your idols Ouatim and Gangajal just to name few? Nobody could have done Sultan Mirza role better than Ajay maybe only Hrithik. Even though I rate Hrithik slightly ahead of Ajay in terms of natural acting skills but dont get me wrong Ajay is a almost perfect actor.
