Model turned actress Mallika Sherawat’s idea of starting a production house is finally taking shape. She is all set to launch the production house ‘Blue Velvet’ with her brother Vikram. While she is currently busy reading and finalising scripts, her brother Vikram will take care of the financial aspects.
Speculations are that Mallika will start her production house by backing the stuck film in which she is playing a female cadet of the Indian Army, Fauj Mein Mauj which is directed by Murli Nagavalli. The film also stars Sahil Khan, Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav.
However, Ravi Walia the producer of Fauj Mein Mauj denied it, saying, “There is no truth in it. My film is being solely produced by me and I have no clue if Mallika is turning a producer or anything.”
Mallika Sherawat remained unavailable for comment.
