Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 3 has opened to an earth-shattering response at the India box office. The film is running to 90% opening occupancy at multiplexes and close to 100% at single screens.
There was a mad rush for tickets in the morning, long lines outside single screens where extra seats are being added to accomodate more people.
Morning business is on par with holiday releases like Chennai Express and Ek Tha Tiger last year. But noon shows are likely to witness a drop, as today is a working day in all states of India except Karnataka where it is a holiday for Rajyostav.
Krrish 3 is likely to beat the record for highest non-holiday release. But it remains to be seen how close it can get to Chennai Express which released on a national holiday.
Super movie I. Watch it today. Again going to watch tomorrow

Krrish3 is no Iron man3 or avenger, yet is better than the Man of Steel.. all in all.. its a good watch !! full on whistles and shouting on day on in a multiplex is unseen.. certainly huge hysteria following along thw movie.. can give 3.5 easily.. wud hav given 4 if the songs and few scenes wre eliminated !!
just watched krish 3. average movie .its 1 time watch movie. even if someone misses in theater can watch withen 2 month on television . ticket prices are also high.

Stop talking trash about krrish3 , its a unique film that is not made normally in india. Great that we are not getting a south remake of the so called superstars which are complete copy of south movie.those complaining about it being unoriginal should see around. All movies in india are inspired and copied from other cinemas. Atleast the VFX and hardwork should be appreciated. It might have flaws but overall its brilliant. Hollywood have made so many movies on superhero that every immaginable character is already done but still krrish 3 looks unique. Proud of ROSHANS.

To everyone who is criticizing the movie for being inspired by xmen etc, if you care for so much creativity why du watch salman’s movies which are cut copy and paste of south flicks? Every superhero flick is about good vs bad. Be it hollywood or bollywood. Hrithik is the best actor in the industry better than aamir too in terms of versatality.
i have seen this film !! it is outstanding film and first day collection should be never less than 64 crore,, i have never seen this type of film in bollywood,,, and even in hollywood ,, u can compare this film with AVANGER,,, its it will earn 5* more than chenai express….
i think this is one of d bst movie of the year…100 percent better than chennai xpress…it deserves more than 300 cr.+…
24-26 cr should be a good result for a non holiday release film.
I wonder if the haters have even seen it or not? I think they have not! It’s an awesome, I suggest them to watch it, you will be amazed. No one can say that its 20 time less costlier than Hollywood superhero blockbusters.

Krrish 3 boxofficeindia com real report – weekend of around 48-49 crore nett for its Hindi version. The Tamil and Telugu version grossed another 4.50 crore nett approx.
