KICK is likely to break all records in the National Capital Region as most shows in the morning were sold out. Premium tickets that are priced between Rs 500 – 800 are selling like hot cakes and that too in advance.
The opening in New Delhi was outstanding, Noida was extraordinary with 98% opening (almost all tickets sold barring a few), Ghaziabad was equally good with 95% plus start, a multiplex dominated centre like Gurgaon is on par or better than Dhoom 3. The advance booking is also very good for the evening / night / late night shows.
If anyone doubted the box office pull of Salman Khan after the release of Jai Ho, the opening of Kick has well and truly silenced them.

chetan bhagat delivers yet another blockbuster.salman is excellent as DEVI/L.top class action.engaging screenplay.some scenes in furst half are bad but rest range from decent to v.good.during the climax multipliex audience were laughing,whistling and clapping.
SRK might be King or a better actor or the most consistent star…but i have to admit that Salman is a better crowd puller than SRK.
It was evident Jai Ho suffered by around 50% due to that matter but all is forgiven it seems and only on Eid and post Eid will we TRULY see how many ppl have forgotten that incident…! Records will be broken if bhais charm wins over the doubters…

Absolutely loved it. I have watched Telugu kick more than 8 times. I have not expected they would have changed the screenplay more than 60% from the Telugu one. Telugu version was more of a comedy but this one is more of action and romance. They have made it grander.
