After seeing movies like singh is king going on to be a superhit movie , I was very pissed off cause it was just a no brainer comedy . But this movie changes My view in indian cinema , Kaminey was fast and had a sexy hollywood touch to it . all the guys who gave it bad reviews , just did not get the movie , they want people to make movies like singh is king which spoon feeds them the story .

So in the end Kaminey rocks and is a pinnacle in the hindi movie industry

i would say it is one of the greatest movie in recent times; shihid has proven that he is a dpendable actor and has very bright future
priyanka is superb as a marathi mulgi, amol gupte is first rate

just a small loose fall….this movie belongs to high end audience

no doubt faahid haf done the beft of all…clearly KAMINEY if a mileftone in Faahid’f movie career….

And the way he stammers and pronounced S to F…and the switching of characters…was played beautifully…baf ek hi problem hain ke laft me fab ek dufre ko maarne lag gaye the….otherwife Faahid, Priyanka, Amol, and one and only one Vi[f]hal made the beft movie of 2009…if not the best….

BETTER THAN THE BEST…..DHAN TE NAN…!!!

Kaminey was a great movie, Vishal did a great jod in directing the movie and also with music and background score. Shahid kapur was fantastic, gives a full reason to watch the movie, priyanka was good as well.

-Charlie mentions at the end that he went back to Tashi to drag him towards the coke, so he could get his brother out of trouble
-Were u asleep during the film? There was coke in the car, so the 2 cops had to get the car back themselves! And it takes time to inform all the checkposts, Charlie had passed the checkpost b4 the cops reached the hotel. My guess is that, later the cops messaged all the checkposts, and one checkpost informed about Charlie in the car…that’s how they found the car. Everything can’t be spoonfed to u!
- Black goons were from Africa, which has a lot of diamond dealings. Tashi wanted diamonds and he called them over for a trade. It was easy for them to come to India cuz his wife was related to one of the guys.
- They fought and Charlie realized that he’ responsible for his life and not his Dad’s death. Charlie in shock stopped caring about the drugs, and let Guddu walk away! One of the main message about the movie is that blood is blood….family is family!

Ur an idiot, and needs to go watch Life Partner and jerk off to Love Aaj Kal. Clealy they are flawless films.

I really do not think Kaminey deserves al the rave review its getting. Ok, its a fast paced films without any sterotype, cliched characters you get to see in the movies. I still feel the plot could have been much better, with look alike twins, the mistaken identity bit lasts just a few screen seconds before both the groups realize that they have the wrong guy.
Also the plot has too many loopholes without much detailing esp towards the climax. For ex
-Why does Charlie just go back to Tashi after Guddu has gone away with the Guitar?
-How could the cops be so helpless to allow the car get away with the stash? Couldnt they have got it stopped at any of the checkposts by just shooting a wireless message
-What was the role of those black goons with Tashi?. They could have just been done away with.
-How does Guddu know where the guitar is hidden? All he needs to do is walk in to the place where the guitar is kept and go back? How simple
- The sudden change of heart Charlie has to let his bro walk away with the guitar is again to amatuerish.

The movie was good fine but really nothing path breaking about it! unless some one proves the above points

UTV must have given quite a gd chunk of bucks to all these critics….to universally right rave review abt this movie.

The movie is just one word…pathetic…main cast is just ok….but all the supporting cast, are a bunch of newcomers who were to act. everyone is just unrealistic. They r comparing this movie to tarantino n guy ritchie…..except the ending where all meet up….there is absolutely nothing that matches.

In pulp fiction….john trovolta n samuel jackson were sleek n ruthless….here gangsters, police, heroes all r shown really stupid. the chini gangster is shown living n dealing in crores, living on yatch, whereas in the last scene, he arrives in a taxi sitting in the front seat, how sick is that.

Camera work is simply…HEAD paining…hand held camera shots…plzzzz.. everyone in the theater was having a head pain. We all ended up nt seeing at least 25-30 mins of the movie coz of this. Morely I think Vishal doesnt at all want songs in his films picturised. As a viewer I would love to see the awesome songs picturised n choreographed properly, but 4 some reason; best known to him; Vishal hates to picturise the songs in his films. eg. beedi, namak…..n here dhan-ta-nan n raat ke dhai baje n fatak….it seems tht the producers wanted the songs in, whereas the director was nt at ll interested.

It seems Vishal wanted to make Pulp fiction plus snatch….but ended up making up ‘daud’. the only difference been….daud made us laugh….n this is just a no brainer. If you were making daud …promote it as DAUD not as Pulp Fiction.

We in India have to learn one thing….making a different movie, doesnt transform in a good one…the hole thing has to fall in place…eg. taare zameen par, rock on, DCH….
