Kajol’s father no more

Somdev Mukherjee, 65, former husband of yesteryear actress Tanuja and founder of Filmalaya Studios, passed away in Mumbai on 10th April due to cardiac arrest.

Somdev had been aliling for sometime in the recent past but seemed to have fully recovered. His sudden death, just a day before the world wide release of U Me Aur Hum, directorial debut of his son-in-law Ajay Devgan and featuring his daughter Kajol in the lead has sent shockwaves through the family and film industry
