Sujoy Ghosh, the director of Kahaani, one of the most critically acclaimed films of the year, will begin shooting for his next film in 2013.
“The film will definitely go on the floors by next year.. The film is in its scripting stage. I have just started writing it so we have a long way to go. Of course, we will have Vidya Balan in the film and rest of the characters will also be the same.”
The first film was shot in Kolkata, but the locations for the sequel are yet to be finalized.
“Location has not been decided as such but quite a bit of the film will be shot in Kolkata for sure. We are taking forward the same characters so let’s see how it shapes up” said the director.
Kahaani, made on a budget of 8 crores, grossed more than 100 crores worldwide.
Don 2 has better climax than kahani. 270 cr worldwide of don2. And some other star fans of south remakes shut up they just watch craps like ghajini, bodyguard, ready. Kahani is gud bt no entertainment value. Don 2 has the best action, acting, cinematography, bgm, and the king.

I think Kahaani is also a decent film to be introduced to Oscar.. why not? they may like it as it’s a new script, and I assume it was not copied from any hollywood film.. Rocket Singh too.
