John Abraham has been sentenced to 15 days in custody for rash and negligent driving, after a Mumbai sessions court rejected his appeal.
In 2006, John ran his motorbike into two pedestrians in Khar Danda area in Mumbai and injured himself too. He immediately rushed them to the hospital. One of the two pedestrian, filed a police complaint against the actor.
In 2010, John appealed to the court but the court has given its judgement against him.
Update: High court justice R C Chavan has stayed the order and has released John on bail of Rs 20,000
