  • Just blaming entertainers is not going to help such movies.

You can’t expect families with their kids to go for such movies. They go to have fun and hence entertainers get more collections.

The next lot are the college goers and young couples, who are already stuck with limited budget as pocket money, so spending 150 to 200 bucks for each ticket is again not possible, and given a choice they would prefer romantic rom coms.

The only solution is that the association of motion pictures in India should lobby for such movies to be made tax free and charged less on tickets, so that people are tempted to watch it or give it a try.

Also such movies have limited budget to market to a wide audience, so the association any movie that gets international recognition and awards or social theme should get some concession to market so that majority of population is made aware.

No use blaming the people, as it is the authorities who have to get up and act if they wish new movies or path breaking movies get their dues

Such initiatives will open a new avenue where brilliant ideas are not just shelved in the junk box but will be converted to movies and a whole new cinematic experience is delivered to the Indian cinema.

  • films like these should earn much more but the Indian audience only embrace craps, they don’t want anything new. same old crap.

  • Another disaster on the card. I wonder why people waste money for this kind of movie. Now a days the ticket price is very high, why should we money for this type of documentary.
