While interacting with the media during one of the promotional events of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, actor Ranbir Kapoor revealed that directing a film is something that he would love to do someday.
“I would like spend the next 15 to 20 years of my life on film sets and that I keep on getting opportunities to work with good directors. Well, that is my plan, but whenever we make plans, god laughs at us. I hope to continue working as an actor for the next few years and then I want to make movies. That’s something that I would love to do, direct a movie someday.” Ranbir said.
The cast of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani are currently in Dubai. Directed by Ayan Mukerji of Wake Up Sid fame, the film releases in cinemas on May 31st.

Ranbir has a very intelligent thinking of cinema.. If he directs a film..It will b a very thoughtful and a very nice one for sure…. and haters gonna hate it whatever it is.. They are just sick..!!
@meghani, hahaha keep praising your ranbir as if he is sylvester stallone or tom cruise, let him learn acting first, then we will talk about direction . he has done only romantic type of roles till now only with some variations in rockstar and barfi, the same cute and chocolate boy, he can’t play an intense role or he can’t ever do a period film or action film still you crazy girls go gaga for him lol
