Actor-producer John Abraham, who is known for producing content-driven films, says he would go broke but will not produce an adult comedy through his production house, John Abraham Entertainment.
“There is a market for adult films, as they have the potential to do well. But as an actor I would definitely not do it. Not because it’s wrong, but I, as a person, will not do it. I don’t stand in a position to pass judgment saying this is right or wrong, but I am a very clear person and I want to maintain that,” John told IANS.
“Would I do a ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’? Maybe, but would I do whatever is coming out? Hell no! I will go broke, but I will not produce an adult comedy,” the “Force” actor added.
The actor has produced films like ‘Vicky Donor’, ‘Madras Cafe’ among others under his production banner.
John mentioned that as an actor, he enjoys the comedy genre the most.
“I concentrate on content as an actor and prouder. The genre I enjoy the most is comedy. I love comedy and I have got a grasp of comic timing now. I can handle comedy with ease,” he added.
He has produced some really good movies but please stay miles away from comedy.It isn’t your cup of tea
Sex comedies might sound offensive.
But mind you, films which are termed as erotic like Murder2 , Murder have a good unique plot , good story and acting than 95 percent of rubbish trash we get to see every year like abcd2,tevar,dil dhadakne do n tamasha etc..
Hope the perspective of audience changes.

Sex comedy genre isnt bad . But the problem is that in bollywood sex comedy movies are made without any plot with poor adult jokes which you can already read in whatsapp . Also , Indians are too much conservative and think that these movies encourage rapes which is also not true . Hope , this mentality changes soon.
garam masala is pure comedy, not sex comedy
I have notice some of emran hashmi fan from long time. They always say -ve things to young stars and always paries their non-actor emran. But they always do chamchagiri to seniors actor to get support from their fans for useless emran. Till now he has done more than 30+ movies and gives 20+ flops/disaster with few number of hit. Till now he hasnot given any memorable performance not that great movie.
