Hrithik Roshan at Gym – Body Building tips

Hrithik Roshan is a perfectionist and we all know he works super hard in his gym.

Here are some Body Building tips from the Bollywood superstar who scored big time with 3 consecutive blockbusters in Krrish, Dhoom 2 and Jodhaa Akbar.

  • Hrithik trains four times every week for about 40 mins on each of those 4 days.
  • Does cardio 3 days a week. Cardio includes jogging, running and skipping for 20 mins.
  • He keeps his workouts intense and short.
  • Hrithik believes that 90% depends on the diet.
  • He avoids Oil, ghee, butter and prefers to eat grilled, roasted, boiled food.

Hrithik also adds “When i get one or two hours off or whenever i get free time, I just rush to the Gym or just workout at home. I just dont feel good if I miss my workouts.”

  • hiiiiiiiiiii hritik ! in films industry there no comprision of u always best figure in industry so i tell that i am naitik is very fatty but i go gym 3 months continue and i am drop my fat just i leave gym in few weeks i again fatty so i what i do plzzzz repaly me

    no body in this world stand for comparisum with him………… all actors try to copy him…… but fail to do it…

    you have a trerrific height and great acting but you need to improve a lot i mean your body ,

    add more mass but quality one with defination as you know everyone is lean these days you have to be more then lean people want to see your look extra focus on your lower (legs) it can be your weapon …you got no problem for money only you need is planning and dedication ……..god bless you…all the best

  • Hi, HRITHIK how r u ? I want to know ur exercise tips for chest.Bcoz I want to shape my body like u.I dont like huge chest like breast.I like huge bicep and less chest like u.In my gym exercise which ,I m asked to do.It realy pumped my chest more,which I dont like.

  • i dont like hrithik. he is soooo pretentious and fake. half the time he doesn’t appear to know which planet he is living in. weird guy. how can someone like that be a hero to all of you ? what he appears like on screen is all asthetics and camerawork. the camera favours certain people. but hrithik is an embarrassing person in real life.

    there are far better human beings in bollywood with great bodies, i.e. people like salman khan, john abraham. those are worth looking upto.
