Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan launched a fitness book ‘Guide to Your Best Body’ with his personal trainer Kris Gethin at an event here in Mumbai.
The actor, who will be seen as a superhero in Krrish 3 later this year, also shared some of his fitness secrets.
“The best body is the body, which you are happy with. If you are not happy about it, you got to do something about it. Whether it is a six-pack or not, if you are healthy and fit, then you will always be happy. Six pack is very common these days and it’s nice” Hrithik told reporters at a book launch here Wednesday.
“Everyone thinks it is tough to get a perfect physique, but it is not. I have eight meals a day and I have learned you don’t need to starve yourself to get fit”
Also present for the ‘Guide To Your Best Body’ book launch was Kris Gethin’s wife Marika Johansson.

Chennai Express won’t be able to collect 100 cr at boxoffice, as OUATIMA will do more than c.e and also It’s clashing.No chance for C.E to be in the top 4 as there are far bigger movies like D3, K3, Mental & OUATIMA coming up. C.E will have to fight for 5th spot with Besharm which I think will do great business at the boxoffice(Abhinav Kashay dabangg fame + Ranbir in a masala movie,It will be great).
